Please Note: We only accept returns if the criteria below are met.

  • The item must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, unopened and unused!
  •  We do not refund if you simply change your mind but are happy to exchange or credit if the item is in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.
  • There are no returns on SALE items or DVD’S.
  • If you bought an item of clothing and have worn it or washed it, we cannot accept a return. Shrinkage is not a valid reason for returning clothing.
  • Once an item has been used, worn, washed, ridden or altered it is deemed a second hand used product and will be unable to be returned.
  • For online returns you must request the return within 14 days of the purchase or ship date.
  • You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us by calling or emailing us to tell us why you are returning the item, and to let us know if you'd like an exchange or store credit.
  • Be sure to give us YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER when emailing about a return.
  • We must receive the merchandise within 10 days after issuing the RAN. (3 weeks for customers outside the AUSTRALIA).

If you are returning an item, you are welcome to:

1. Exchange– If you wish to exchange a product, contact us in advance either via email or phone to make sure we have what you want in stock. Exchanges are only available for products of equal or less value. You will be responsible for shipping costs on returning the original item to us, and the shipping on the new item as well.

2. Refund- We do not refund any products unless they are deemed faulty. We do not refund if you simply change your mind but are happy to exchange or credit if the item is in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of purchase - within 14 days from the purchase date.

You are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns EXCEPT if an item is damaged* or we shipped the wrong item. In that case, you may be asked to ship the item back at your expense via Australia Registered Post, and we will credit your account for the return shipping costs at a maximum of equal to what we paid to ship it to you only. Also, if returning a purchase for a credit or exchange, we ask that you return any free items that were included with the purchase before we can process the credit. If you return an item that had free shipping, we reserve the right to refund your money minus our cost to ship it to you (unless your return is due to damage or an error on our part).

Please allow one to two billing cycles for credits to appear on your credit card statement.

*Damaged Items -If you receive a shipment that is damaged, YOU MUST SAVE THE PACKAGING that the item came in AND REPORT THE DAMAGE TO US WITHIN 24HRS of receiving the item. If you do not, we cannot replace the item! Some items are insured, and we may ask you to return to the Post Office and file a claim on the item. They will need the packaging to file that claim.
